What is Yoga?

Our Yoga sessions are rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga techniques and led by our experienced physiotherapist, Kim, who integrates her passion for yoga with her expertise in injury recovery and prevention. Unlike typical yoga classes, Kim actively engages with participants, offering hands-on guidance to correct form. These small, focused classes improve posture, flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting a healthy, conditioned body to support injury recovery or maintain physical activity levels.

These classes are ideal for beginners or intermediate participants, as well as individuals recovering from injury or managing chronic mobility issues. With Kim’s expertise as a physiotherapist, exercises are adapted to suit your ability and injury history, ensuring a safe and effective practice. Kim provides personalised modifications and encourages feedback, making it easy to adjust the difficulty of exercises to your comfort level.

How do I access it?

Our yoga class is held in Winchester every Monday from 2–3pm. You can book individual sessions or save by purchasing a block of 6 sessions for the price of 5. Your first session can be booked online through the link below or via our other contact methods. Can I select when to attend and miss some sessions?

Yes, you can attend individual sessions as long as space is available. However, to ensure your place, we recommend booking a block of 6 sessions, which must be used within 3 months of your first class. Your first session can be booked online or through our other contact methods. If you’re interested in a trial session, please contact us via email to register your interest.
