Overview

This website is operated by Physiotherapy & Wellness Group. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Physiotherapy & Wellness Group. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By accessing our website or booking a service with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including but not limited to browsers, clients, and contributors of content.

Appointment Bookings & Payments

Appointments may be booked and paid for via our online booking system, which integrates secure third-party payment services (such as Stripe). By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date account and contact information to allow us to confirm and manage your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that cancellations may be necessary. However, to protect the time of our clinicians and other clients, we maintain a strict cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations are free if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
  • No-shows will also be charged in full.

By making a booking, you agree to this policy.

Minors (Under 18s)

Clients under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services. We reserve the right to request proof of consent and may refuse service where appropriate.

Clinician Status

All clinical services are delivered by self-employed, qualified practitioners operating within the Physiotherapy & Wellness Group. While we take every effort to ensure quality and professionalism, each clinician is individually responsible for the care they provide.

Professional Registration

All physiotherapy services are provided by qualified practitioners registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and, where applicable, members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Each clinician is individually accountable for their professional conduct and practice, in line with HCPC standards. If you have concerns regarding a clinician’s conduct or clinical decisions, you may raise them directly with the relevant professional body.

Third-Party Store Disclaimer

Our website may contain links to external services, including a third-party e-store (e.g. Physiofirst) from which you may purchase products. We do not own or fulfil these transactions and accept no liability for any issues arising from those purchases. All queries related to those sales should be directed to the provider.

Changes to Services and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, price, or website feature without notice. We are not liable to you or any third-party for such changes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including the transmission of viruses, malicious code, or attempting to breach security systems.

Limitation of Liability

While we take care to provide high standards of care, we do not guarantee results from any treatment. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including those resulting from cancellations or service interruptions, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
