A useful option when getting to clinic is impractical or when an initial discussion or assessment is appropriate.
You will receive a secure link to join a private consultation with your physiotherapist.
How it works
Online consultations are delivered through our secure Cliniko Telehealth platform.
Once booked, you will receive an email link to join your appointment.
You do not need to download any software, but you may be asked to allow access to your camera and microphone when joining the session.
When booking, include a brief description of your problem so we can prepare appropriately and direct you to the most suitable team member.
What to expect
You will be asked about your symptoms and guided through simple movement or functional testing where appropriate.
We will assess what is likely occurring and provide advice, rehabilitation guidance, or recommendations on the next steps.
You may be asked to expose the relevant area for assessment, so please wear appropriate clothing and ensure you have enough space to move comfortably.
