Emily is a Senior Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, supporting people back to confident movement, sport and everyday activity.

She treats a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, lower limb injuries, tendon problems and running related injuries, and enjoys working with both active individuals and those simply looking to move more comfortably day to day.

Emily combines hands on physiotherapy with progressive strengthening and movement based rehabilitation, tailoring treatment to each person’s goals and current ability. Alongside her clinical work, she is a qualified Pilates instructor and integrates Pilates principles into rehabilitation where appropriate to improve control, strength and long term resilience.

With a background in exercise science and a personal interest in running and tennis, Emily has a particular interest in running related injuries and injury prevention, but works with people of all ages and activity levels.

Emily is known for her calm, thorough approach and for taking time to explain findings clearly, helping patients feel confident and supported throughout their recovery.
