Katie is a Senior Physiotherapist with extensive experience across NHS, private practice and sports settings, supporting people of all ages with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems.

She treats common issues such as back and neck pain, joint and soft tissue injuries, persistent aches and pains and post injury or post operative rehabilitation. Katie takes a thorough and considered approach to assessment, focusing on identifying the root cause of symptoms and creating clear, structured rehabilitation plans to support long term recovery.

Alongside her broad clinical work, Katie has particular experience in sports injuries, womens health and paediatric and adolescent care. She has worked in both the NHS and private sector and has held senior roles within elite sport, alongside extensive postgraduate training in manipulative therapy.

Over the past decade, Katie has developed a strong interest in working with adolescents and young athletes, supporting safe return to sport during growth and development. She is a certified Kids Back 2 Sport practitioner and works with schools to help young people remain active and injury free.

Katie is known for her calm, confident manner and for helping patients feel reassured, listened to and well supported throughout their rehabilitation.

Outside of work, Katie has a strong interest in sport, including sailing, triathlon, and rugby, and enjoys working with active individuals and younger athletes.
